We have extensively covered the value of training ground flow and flow over low obstacles.
Today I want to challenge you to work on connecting diverse low to ground elements in full runs, like those featured here by Naïm L’Inconsolable
Close to the ground is where one is most likely to have to apply parkour capacities, and while an emergency will likely need a relatively simple set of movements having a broader movement pallette to respond from produces an athlete with more capacity to adapt to any situation.
Training like this great way to build that.
