A couple days ago we talked about training like a Goat learning how to move on slopped ground we could have talked also about goat predators especially the snow leopard. While a human may never approach the agility of either the goat or the snow leopard we can surpass by far what we currently accomplish and we should take inspiration from the masters of the sloped terrain.
