At this stage in my training I find there is so much to explore in natural environments and my enjoyment of them is so much greater then urban environments that I rarely make time for urban training.
The one urban obstacle I find myself continuing to seek out in my training is railings. For balance and precision development they offer the most focused development opportunity you can find and rails combined with ramps create really amazing spaces for flow combinations.
Like trampolines, rings and weight lifting, this is a artificial terrain that actually improves our ability for focused development within a specific realm of our evolved movement capacity.
So watch this awesome flow video from Joey Adrian and get some rail training in the next chance you get, for myself I will be working on rail slides in to precisions today before I head of into the trees for climbing.
