For today’s episode, our guest is the one and only Marlo Fisken!

Marlo is the founder of Flow Movement. She has studied dance for 30+ years, taught movement for 20+ years, and has performed in movies, commercials, and TV shows.

She holds degrees in Anthropology and Public Relations, is an international pole dance champion, and has developed several teacher trainings for pole dance and floor work.

She invites all people to move with imagination and openness and provides experiences that allow anyone to access presence and Flow.

I’ll be sitting down with her to have a broad conversation about dance, movement culture, flow, and any other topics that intrigue and inspire us.
