Go Outside, movement inspiration 12/18/2013
Wednesday’s are my rest day and this one in particular is needed, been pushing hard and feeling a bit beat up, its too easy though when not training to spend the day glued to the coach. Don’t! you need to get outside and in nature as much as possible. I advocate training outside of gyms and in natural setting as much as possible the benefits are manifold, but one is easing of stress and restoration of attention and that is true even if your not training check out this article then go outside even if it is cold even if its wet find some time to restore yourself and enjoy the beauty of the world.
