Roughhousing is big part of my life as a parent of a toddler and the roughhousing that I teach in Evolve Move Play workshops is one of the elements I feel is most unique and have the most personal pride in. I have written before about the benefits and importance of roughhousing today I figured I would just share a video that showed how universal this language is and how deeply rooted in our mammalian evolution. Your challenge is to get some roughhousing in today, it can be with a child a pet or a training partner, just do it you will be happier for it.
