Movement Inspiration 12/19/13 Roughhousing
Todays play mission is to find someone to roughhouse with.
I have long been an advocate of combative training, and an inately playful person, I started playing the fun uncle when I was 12 years old but its only recently that I have begun to really study just how important roughhousing play is and how wide its scope is as an important part of being a mover. Look for a new article about it featured by the good men project soon.
