I have touched on why I feel basic acrobatics are important practice for any mover before. Today I just wanted to share some inspiration from Andrea Catozi and say go get some practice in if you have access to a trampline work on seat drops, front drops and back drops this will have huge effect in making you feel safer in the long run and trampoline work is steroids for acrobatic ability as long as you remember to work on transfering the tramp skill to other environments.

If your working on the ground, rolls, and cartwheels are where start moving into diving rolls and cartwheel variations.
