Of all of the places I have traveled to train, the place with the highest concentration of great trees to move in I have been is actually the Bay area. One particular place I have deeply wanted to explore more is Mountain lake park in SF, this park was discovered by my friend Andrey Pfening and shown to me years ago not long after I found volunteer park here in seattle, I have been waiting for Andrey to produce his own tree runner type video and he has finally come through, and produced a truly beautiful edit showcasing the beautiful movement possibilities produced by the unique trees at mountain lake park, golden gate park and his own wonderful skill level.
Take some inspiration and explore some trees today.
